The locale and consent cookies are necessary for the site to function as
intended and are not gated behind any consent choice — they’re what let us
honor your language and consent preferences in the first place. Because
they are strictly necessary to deliver what you asked for, they are set
without a consent prompt; under the GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests

We use Google Consent Mode v2
in its advanced form: gtag.js loads on every page, but analytics and
advertising storage both default to denied until you choose otherwise.
